LPG cylinder reduced by Rs 36 on Monday
In line with the crisis in international rates, the price of a commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 36 on Monday. This price change will benefit hotels, restaurants and other businesses that use gas cylinders. Meanwhile, the price of domestic cooking gas cylinders used in households remains unchanged. With the latest reduction, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has come down to Rs 1,976 from Rs 2,012.50, news agency ANI reported citing state-owned fuel retailers. In Mumbai, it will be Rs 1936.50 instead of Rs 1972.50. In Kolkata, a 19 kg cylinder will cost Rs 2095.50 instead of Rs 2132. In Chennai it is Rs 2,141 and in Bengaluru it is Rs 2,063.50 for a 19 kg LPG cylinder. Its price in Hyderabad will be ₹2197.50.
